I've been loving this app for years and just as I was considering upgrading it stopped syncing properly. I couldn't figure out the problem so I uninstalled it and reinstalled and now I can't sign back in! It keeps telling me I have a poor network connection, which I do not. Years of notes are now unavailable to me on my phone! I can still saved them on my PC but I use this app constantly when I'm away from home.

I attempted to log in using Facebook, Kakao Talk, and Google, but I am unable to sign in. The app keeps showing an error message stating "Poor Network 3G/Wi-Fi connection," even though my network connection is stable. I have been using this app since 2022 and find it convenient for saving and organizing my writing drafts before publishing them on platforms like Webnovel, Ao3, Wattpad, scriblehub, etc. My main concern is accessing my works again, as I have a significant amount of content saved.

Update: After sending an email, about two days later, i checked in and saw no ads! Thank you so much for correcting the error so quickly! Changed to 1 star because for years ive paid for premium without any problems but all of a sudden, ads are appearing. I had to make sure my sub was still up and it is. Very disappointed that this lovely app now seems to used to get a few more bucks.
